Kasuri Methi

Kasuri Methi – Kasuri Methi is a dried leaf of the fenugreek plant. This dried leaves of Kasuri Methi are used as a herb. It tastes bitter but is addictive. This herbal product is used as a spice in Indian curries and its strong aroma will titillate our taste buds. Kasoori methi leaves are used in Indian cooking to add a taste similar to combination of celery and fennel with a slightly bitter bite. Methi leaves are crumbled and sprinkled over meat or vegetable curries before serving and pairs well with potatoes.
